The usual consulting service model is at least one site visit or video walkthrough with a digital platform of your choice for meetings, catch ups and deliverables.

Susanna Morley-Wong

I focus my broad range of skills and experience to address your business needs and get your food and beverage project over the line.

After running a catering business catering to the music industry in London, I moved to Australia with my young family and found the specialist music industry back-stage catering business in Perth and became 2iC. I became more interested in what went on off the plate and re-trained as a Food Technologist with a Graduate Diploma in Food Science and Technology from Curtin University. After a stint as a New Product Development Chef and Food Technologist in a very large, very busy frozen food factory I became more interested in addressing, evaluating and solving issues for all types of food and beverage businesses. From abalone fishers to agricultural supply chain issues, from fresh pesto sauce shelf life problems to high end spirit product positioning in the Japanese market place.

It is because the industry and its people continue to interest me that Grow Consultancy has grown over the last nine years to include a suite of expert associates. We solve problems and led outsourced support so your food and beverage business can grow.
